MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our leadership team as the Human Resources Manager. In this key role, you will oversee the organization's HR operations and plan and implement innovative HR strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a passion for developing a thriving workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the complete employee experience and continue developing high-performing teams.
- Design and implement strategic HR policies and procedures aligned with the organization's business goals.
- Lead performance management and recruitment initiatives, crafting strategies to boost engagement and retention.
- Develop a competitive compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys, ensuring it's regularly updated.
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
- Oversee Learning & Development programs to support growth plans, and manage performance, salary reviews, and training for employees and managers.
- Prepare employees for assignments by setting up and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure legal compliance, conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization in government and regulatory matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Proven experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Expertise in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Independent, committed, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with handling HRIS systems.
