Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Advanced Reporting & Dashboards: Build scalable, self-serve dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) that help internal teams make smarter, faster decisions.
  • Campaign & Conversion Analysis: Analyze patient payment campaigns across regions and demographics to identify high-impact levers for improving collection rates.
  • Feature & Product Intelligence: Collaborate with Product to surface insights that shape feature prioritization, UX flows, and payment behaviour modeling.
  • Customer Account Analytics: Partner with Customer Success to generate hospital-level reports and identify upsell/retention opportunities using usage and impact metrics.
  • Operational Analytics: Identify inefficiencies or gaps in patient outreach, discount utilization, and payment workflows through root-cause and cohort analysis.
  • Insights Development: Develop early-stage predictive models (e.g., patient propensity to pay) and simulate impact of product or campaign changes.
  • Launch 3+ key dashboards driving decisions across product, operations, and customer teams.
  • Deliver 2–3 strategic insight reports per quarter that influence roadmap or campaign strategy.

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics in tech, healthcare, or fintech.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience using Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one data visualization tool.
  • Familiarity with Python/R for data wrangling or model prototyping.
  • Exposure to healthcare data (claims, billing, EMR, HL7/FHIR) is a big plus.
  • Strong communication skills—able to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to learn and scale.
  • Experience in SaaS or digital health.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Interest in progressing into a Data Science or Product Analytics leadership role.
