IE Executive
Responsibilities
- Prepare Line Feeding plan and communicate to all the responsible parties at least One day prior to the style commencement
- Conducting Method study and educate machine operators to follow the best method
- Conducting capacity study for individuals to fix their targets before starting a new style to ensure learning curve achievements
- Monitor line balancing based on the capacity and avoid machine idling time
- Monitoring Hourly target/ Efficiency & nonstandard time through RFID
- Ensure adherence to 6S
Qualifications:
- Diploma in textile engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Experience in High SMV product (Jacket, Trouser, Shirts and Overall) will be added advantage
