Originally a planter's granite bungalow named "Shelborne," dating back to the 1800s, Tea Bush Hotel captures the essence of a bygone era while providing modern comfort and hospitality. With 10 cozy and inviting rooms, we pride ourselves on offering a personalized and memorable guest experience.

Role Summary:

As the Boutique Hotel Residence Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to financial and quality standards. You will play a vital role in upholding the charm and reputation of Tea Bush Hotel while contributing to its success and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services:
    • Oversee and maintain high standards of customer service to provide a memorable guest experience.
    • Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback to enhance team productivity and morale.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain seamless operations.
  • Financial Management:
    • Establish and manage financial budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and profitability.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to maintain high standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in hotel management, ideally in boutique or luxury properties.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and property management systems (PMS).
  • Knowledge of industry trends and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
