With 10 cozy and inviting rooms, we pride ourselves on offering a personalized and memorable guest experience.
Role Summary:
As the Boutique Hotel Residence Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to financial and quality standards. You will play a vital role in upholding the charm and reputation of Tea Bush Hotel while contributing to its success and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Oversee and maintain high standards of customer service to provide a memorable guest experience.
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback to enhance team productivity and morale.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Financial Management:
- Establish and manage financial budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and profitability.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to maintain high standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel management, ideally in boutique or luxury properties.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and property management systems (PMS).
- Knowledge of industry trends and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
