We have broadened our products beyond Sailing, Kitesurfing, Windsurfing to Paragliding, manufacturing of Tent & Accessories with more than 2000 employee strength.
We are currently looking for dynamic and energetic team players to fill the following positions
Compliance Executive
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Certificate in OSH (NIOSH or similar)
- ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 Internal auditor certificates.
- Minimum 02 years of working experience in similar capacity, ideally in apparel or related industry.
- Able to conduct Internal ESH audits and prepare CARs.
- Able to conduct OSH Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments.
- Able to conduct Environmental Aspect and Impact Assessments.
- Ability conduct ESH training and awareness.
Requirements:
- To monitor and ensure that all the established compliance policies and procedures are followed by each department of the Company.
- Act as an internal compliance auditor, to ensure that the gaps of ESH & ISO 9001 standards are identified through internal audits, highlighted and monitor the progress of corrective actions procedure.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions to all levels of workers and improve their knowledge in Company Environmental standards.
- Assist Compliance Manager to carryout day to day functions of the Compliance Department.
- Should have self-motivated initiative, good leadership qualities with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Must be computer literate (MS Office) and have a strong command of English with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge in 5S & Lean manufacturing would be added advantageous.
