IT Manager - (Male)
Job Profile
- Lead and manage the IT Department, ensuring alignment with emerging technologies and industry standards.
- Manage and develop IT staff, fostering continuous learning and skills development in cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Establish IT governance procedures and coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth digital operations and enhance service delivery.
- Oversee network administration, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and disaster recovery protocols.
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security compliance in alignment with local and international healthcare IT standards and laws.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with third-party vendors and tech solution providers for seamless operations and integration.
- Stay updated on emerging trends such as AI, IoT, blockchain in healthcare, and big data analytics, with a proactive approach to digital transformation.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in a reputed organization, with 3+ years in an IT leadership role (preferably within healthcare or ERP environments).
- Knowledge in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization platforms.
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data privacy regulations (GDPR/HIPAA), and network infrastructure.
- Experience managing HMS/ERP systems, preferably healthcare-related.
- Knowledge in AI tools, automation technologies, IoT integration, and data analytics for healthcare applications.
- Experience in SQL scripting and basic programming knowledge to support system customization and troubleshooting.
