Assistant Manager - Marketing (Colombo / Kurunagala)
Requirements:
- Degree in management/ marketing or degree in any stream with working experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing / sales or similar capacity. Prior experience in the private education sector would be an added advantage
- Good PR and communication skills
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Good remuneration package based on performance
- Advanced digital marketing capabilities including Google Analytics, and conversion optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Agility to identify and target diverse customer segments
Executive - Student Enrolment (Colombo / Kurunagala)
Requirements:
- Professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or Equivalent
- Minimum one-year experience in enrollment and counselling in the education industry would be a definite advantage
- Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving the agreed targets
- Knowledge of CRM, MS Office package, Virtual meeting packages, and Social Media platforms will be a definite advantage
- Effective presentation and communication skill with good command of English, self-motivated, outgoing personality with excellent inter-personal and counselling skills. (Sinhala and Tamil would be an advantage)
- Good remuneration package based on performance
