Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related filed / qualified in SLIM or equal qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or a similar role.
- Identify & Develop new business opportunities and build & maintain good relationship with client.
- Communicate with customers and buyers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Previous experience in Order Processing Systems is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of marketing principles, branding, business development.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
