Travel & Tour Sales Consultants
Travel Center, one of the first UK-based travel companies, is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team.
About the Role:
As a Sales Travel & Tour Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll manage incoming travel inquiries with precision and care, create tailored travel solutions, and support our clients throughout their journey, from planning to booking.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Prepare and present travel quotations based on customer requirements
- Offer expert advice and destination guidance to travelers
- Confirm bookings and ensure all relevant documentation is provided
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

- Flexibility to work UK hours
- Excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy
- Previous experience with GDS (Amadeus) is a strong advantage
- Prior sales or travel industry experience will be highly valued
