PRODUCTION MANAGER
We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations—overseeing the full cycle from raw-material sourcing to finished bicycle assembly and global dispatch. You'll ensure high-quality output, cost-effectiveness, safety, and delivery alignment with international standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or general management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
