Sales Manager
We are a leading importer and supplier of high-quality motorcycle spare parts & Electric Scooters, serving customers across the island for 38 years. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted name in the industry.
The primary Objectives of the Position:
- Lead and monitor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, objectives, and action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales efforts.
- Monitor and report on sales team performance and make data-driven improvements.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have previous experience in electric scooter sales.
- Experience in motorcycle or three-wheeler spare parts is an added advantage.
- Over 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role.
- Having a diploma or degree in sales or a related field is an added advantage.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
