Sarasa Hotel is a leading tourist hotel in Kandy Road, Kelaniya with Restaurant, Rooms and Pub. We aspire to take the business to the next level and thus in search of a leader who can guide our capable team.
General Manager / Managing Partner
- Lead, Train and Supervise Bar Attendant, Server and Cooks.
- Responsible for Conducting day to day operations of the hotel.
- Responsible for Revenue and Cost Management And New Menu.
- Deliver exceptional service and address concerns promptly.
- Ensure company Policies and Regulatory requirements are met.
Positions Available
- Chef (Preferred: experience in Chinese seafood and Thai cuisine, menu planning, costing, and dish innovation)
- Head cook & Comm1 (With experience in Chinese, Western, and Rice and Curry)
- F & B Supervisor
- Barman And Waiter
- Store Keeper (With Experience)
- Maintenance Staff (A/C Repairer, Electrical work, Plumbing & Other Maintenance)
