About the Role:
We are a leading high-end restaurant in Bambalapitiya looking for an experienced Accountant with knowledge of procurement, food costing, and finance in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full accounting (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations)
- Oversee cost-effective purchasing
- Manage food costing and inventory
- Prepare reports and budgets
- Ensure tax compliance and support audits
- Work with F&B and operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CIMA/ACCA part-qualified a plus)
- 3+ years in hotel/restaurant accounting
- Knowledge of procurement and food costing
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong analytical and communication skills (English & Sinhala/Tamil)
