BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - DERMATOLOGY

(COSMETOLOGICAL FORMULATIONS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales and marketing team
  • Develop and implement impactful, data-driven, marketing strategies
  • Identify trends, insights and pursue new business opportunities
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management of the dermatology business
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis, to support product positioning and promotional strategies
  • Work closely with the medical promotion team to build strong relationships with dermatologists, skincare clinics, and hospitals
  • Drive product launches and oversee brand planning and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with regulatory, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs, and provide regular business reports to management
  • Build and nurture a high-performing team, coach and support them to achieve targets

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 2 years in dermatology
  • Strong understanding of the dermatology market, customer base and products
  • Proven track record in driving business growth and launching new products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Age - Around 40 years
