BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - DERMATOLOGY
(COSMETOLOGICAL FORMULATIONS)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the sales and marketing team
- Develop and implement impactful, data-driven, marketing strategies
- Identify trends, insights and pursue new business opportunities
- Budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management of the dermatology business
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, to support product positioning and promotional strategies
- Work closely with the medical promotion team to build strong relationships with dermatologists, skincare clinics, and hospitals
- Drive product launches and oversee brand planning and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with regulatory, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, and provide regular business reports to management
- Build and nurture a high-performing team, coach and support them to achieve targets
Qualifications and Experience
- A Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 2 years in dermatology
- Strong understanding of the dermatology market, customer base and products
- Proven track record in driving business growth and launching new products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Age - Around 40 years
