Carolina Beach Resort, a well-established 86-room beachfront property in Chilaw, is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager (GM) or Resort Manager (RM) to lead daily operations and elevate guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive room sales through strategic partnerships, OTA optimization, and agent engagement
- Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes across all departments
- Uplift staff professionalism through structured training, discipline, and service standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong background in front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest relations
- Experience in managing and motivating cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to meet occupancy targets and uphold service excellence
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of hotel PMS and OTAs
