BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Cleanline Linen Management (Pvt) Ltd, established in 2017, is a leading player in the B2B laundry market. The company has successfully expanded its offerings to include retail and linen rental services. It is backed by internationally recognized institutions such as IFC, DEG, and FMO through the Emerald Fund. In addition to its core business, Cleanline operates with two sub-brands Ananke and Cleanamatic.
KEY DUTIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hotels, resorts and hospitals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare and present business proposals and contracts.
- Previous experience in HORECA or the hospitality industry is mandatory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
