CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent support and assisting the sales team with coordination and administrative tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and follow up with clients.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and other sales documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Ensure timely communication between customers and internal departments.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Liase and coordinate with front-end Marketing and Finance to achieve a smooth execution from inquiry to delivery.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure a smooth process order-to-deliver process.
- Manage and coordinate with debtors.
PROFILE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Email).
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
