Accountant
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their accounting career within the construction and real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Handle reconciliations and financial audits
- Maintain records and documentation of all financial transactions
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and Professional qualifications in CA/CMA/ACCA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
