JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for campaigns, events, and creative development.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify positioning opportunities.
- Monitor brand performance and present monthly reports with insights.
- Create, curate, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan monthly content calendars and optimize based on analytics.
- Support & execute digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads), brand activations, and PR events.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or social media.
- Strong grasp of Sri Lankan consumer culture and digital media trends.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, Meta Business Suite, and digital metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Sinhala/Tamil is a plus.
- A proactive, organized, and creative mindset with attention to detail.
