Security Officer (Local)
Location : Coco Bodu Hithi (Maldives)
Job Type : Full-Time
OVERVIEW:
This vital role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and valuable assets. If you are a detail-oriented professional who can respond swiftly to incidents, prevent unauthorized access, and foster a secure environment for employees and guests, we encourage you to apply with us.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comply with all policies related to the Security Department.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and promote a safe working environment.
- Protect and oversee company assets and facilities.
- Be present at the jetty for the arrival and departure of guests and associates.
- Conduct thorough patrols of the resort to ensure the safety of guests and employees while protecting all assets.
- Communicate effectively and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Always uphold a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Follow and adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook, as well as departmental and resort policies and procedures, including those for emergency situations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive & flexible attitude.
- Candidates must demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and energetic work style with excellent communication skills.
