Rock Café is the newest family restaurant by Earl’s Regency, located at the end of a scenic bridge across the majestic Mahaweli River and nestled beside a striking natural rock, offering riverside charm, live cooking, and memorable flavors. We are inviting dynamic, passionate, and service-driven individuals to join us in delivering a world-class dining experience at Rock Café, which operates as a stand-alone outlet under the management of Earl’s Regency.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage the full operations of Rock Café, the newly launched standalone family restaurant by Earl’s Regency. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily functions, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing sales, cost control, staff supervision, and hygiene standards. The role also involves team coordination, training, and ensuring health and safety compliance, while upholding Earl’s Regency’s service standards. Candidates should have at least three years’ experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and communication skills. A hospitality background is preferred.
