DIGITAL & BRAND ACTIVATION

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Digital & Brand Activation to join our team.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Group Manager - Marketing and responsible for bringing the school’s brand to life through strategic digital campaigns and immersive brand experiences. This role blends creativity with execution, ensuring that every touchpoint online and offline reflects the institution’s values, vibrancy, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote Royal Institute of International School its full spectrum of educational offerings from Nursery to University through compelling storytelling and targeted campaigns for students, parents, and corporate professionals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising to increase brand awareness, drive enrollment, and achieve conversion goals.
  • Develop engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns to attract prospective students and engage current students.
  • Manage website content regularly to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all pages and sections, while continuously evaluating and optimizing the user experience (UX) of the website, including navigation, layout, and functionality, to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with design teams to produce high-impact visuals and messaging.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth in the online education sector.
  • Lead brand activation initiatives across school events, digital platforms, and community outreach programs and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure brand alignment across all school branches.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Support the planning and execution of brand-led events, both virtual and on-site, to enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to establish partnerships with educational institutions and corporate entities to promote RIC programs and increase student enrollments.

Qualifications:

  • A Business/Marketing degree and/or a professional qualification in marketing from SLIM or CIM and/or an MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Prefer a male candidate.
  • A professional qualification in digital marketing or digital user experience would also be beneficial.
  • Minimum 04 years’ experience in a similar capacity preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills with excellent fluency in English language.
  • An energetic individual and good team player with the right attitude.
  • Must be a self-starter, analytical thinker with ability to create a high-level strategic view.
  • Proven experience in website management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding about marketing, branding, and target audience.
  • Pro-active individual with sound judgment and outside-in thinking abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational, leadership and time-management abilities.
  • Project planning and management skills.
