Sales Executives – Inbound (Colombo or Remote | Full-Time)
Requirements:
- Experience in inbound tourism sales (1–2 years minimum)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Passion for travel and knowledge of Sri Lankan destinations
Role:
- Generate inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Build strong relationships with clients and travel agents (B2B & B2C)
- Develop quotations, itineraries, and pricing
- Meet monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports
Reservation Executives (Colombo | Full-Time)
Requirements:
- Prior experience in travel or hospitality reservations (1+ year preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with DMC operations and booking portals
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Role:
- Handle all hotel, transport & activity reservations for inbound tours
- Coordinate with suppliers and maintain booking records
- Ensure timely confirmations and smooth communication with operations and sales teams
- Manage reservation changes, cancellations, and updates
