As we expand our franchises operations, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Marketing Assistant – Promotion & Event Coordinator.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant – Promotion & Event Coordinator to support our battery franchise network across Sri Lanka. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, organizing customer engagement activities, and coordinating brand events to drive foot traffic and increase brand visibility across all franchise outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement local and national promotional campaigns.
- Organize and support franchise-level marketing events, such as product launches, dealer meets, and roadshows.
- Work closely with the franchise team to identify promotion opportunities based on market trends.
- Prepare marketing materials, coordinate printing/distribution, and ensure branding consistency.
- Maintain and update marketing assets inventory used across franchises.
- Gather and report feedback from promotional events to measure success and identify areas of improvement.
- Assist in social media content planning and event photography/videography.
- Support budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or brand promotion (experience in a franchise or retail environment is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across regions and work flexible hours during events.
