Assistant Manager - Operations
Core Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations of the organization ensures operational excellence.
- Develop strategies to enhance the productivity and profitability of the overall operation.
- Develop a result-oriented environment for employees.
- Address operational issues and concerns with suggestions.
- Production planning & implementing the plan.
- Meeting shipment deadlines.
- Knowledge on costing, inventory and the management of operational tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed NDT/HND/Degree in Production/Manufacturing Engineering or other relevant qualification.
- Above 5 years' previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work under pressure, even for the long hours if required.
- Result and goal-oriented attitude, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably age below 35 years and metal treatment / welding / powder coating experience will be added advantage.
