Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Identify and implement short- and long-term growth strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to maintain sales volume, product mix, and competitive pricing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by meeting customers and understanding their needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while driving team performance.
- Introduce innovative sales initiatives to capture key customers and expand business channels.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who bring more than just experience—they bring a spark of excellence:
- Educational Excellence: Candidates from leading schools with a strong academic foundation.
- Qualifications: Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing; corporate membership in CIM, SLIM, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sales & Marketing (2 years in a leadership role).
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge in Electrical LV Panel Boards, Cable Management Systems, Industrial Automation, Lighting & Lighting Control, and Turnkey Electrical Projects is essential.
- Business Savvy: A robust network of business contacts and the ability to develop new connections.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English and proficiency in multiple languages.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in MS Office.
- Age: Below 40 years.
