Position - Senior Civil Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of apartment construction projects.
- Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and structural designs.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of proven experience in large-scale residential or high-rise apartment projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering, construction methods, and finishing standards.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, and other engineering software.
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
