Quality Manager
Location – Dehiathtakandiya
We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all QA activities including factory evaluations, pre-production meetings, in-line and final inspections.
- Develop and implement quality standards, testing procedures, and training programs.
- Supervise, evaluate, and guide the QA team; manage schedules, leaves, and performance.
- Liaise with internal departments (merchandising, sourcing, fabric) to ensure product quality.
- Analyze defects, customer feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry and legal standards.
Individual Profile
- Minimum 5 years in apparel quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing and international QA standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in AQL, SOPs, product safety compliance, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
