Your Responsibilities
- Lead retention and organic growth in volume and GP for assigned Key Accounts.
- Maintain and grow strong, trust-based customer relationships.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand account share.
- Support RFI/RFQ processes and post-mortem reviews with internal stakeholders.
- Manage accurate and timely quotations, tariffs, and invoicing.
- Ensure CRM accuracy, performance reporting, and revenue forecasting.
- Monitor and improve SOP compliance, KPI delivery, and service quality.
- Lead operational performance reviews and drive corrective actions.
- Act as a primary escalation point for service recovery and proactive solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Global/Regional KAMs, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years’ professional experience, preferably in an international logistics environment.
- 3+ years in Key Account Management or Client-facing Sales roles.
- Sound understanding of freight forwarding and supply chain operations.
- Experience or knowledge in the Fashion and Apparel industry, either within the logistics sector or directly in the apparel domain, will be considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM, and reporting systems is a strong advantage.
- Analytical mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A customer-first attitude and a proactive approach to service excellence.
