Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales; experience in tax or financial services is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Ability to professionally handle objections and close sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

50,000 - 75,000
