Job Summary:

Sporting Times is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer Care Call Center Agents to join our dynamic 24/7 customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, accurate, and friendly assistance via phone and other communication platforms. This role operates on a rotational shift basis, including weekend (Saturday and Sunday) duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and provide support in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to our services and promotions
  • Record and update customer information accurately in the system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Follow company communication guidelines and standard operating procedures
  • Adhere to shift schedules, including night shifts and weekends

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in Sinhala and English is mandatory
  • Tamil language proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-first mindset

Working Hours:

  • This is a 24/7 rotational shift-based role
  • Candidates must be willing to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Shift timings may include day, evening, and night shifts
