Senior Executive
(Software Sales)
To drive revenue growth through the sale of software products and solutions by identifying client needs, building strong relationships and delivering customized sales pitches.
The Job
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking and social media.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present software solutions to clients.
- Understand client requirements and match them with the best software solutions offered.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations to agreed SLAs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms in line with company policy.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Handle few large-scale clients from end to end as an account manager.
- Coordinate with technical, marketing and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client insights.
- Attend industry events, conferences and webinars to build brand awareness and network.
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- A diploma or certification in IT or software systems will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software or B2B sales.
- Prior experience in selling SaaS or enterprise software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of software technologies and digital solutions.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
