CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Accountant. Selected Candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports. Daily tasks include managing financial data, providing strategic recommendations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the decision-making processes. He/She will also collaborate with other departments to facilitate financial planning and decision-making processes.

Personal Profile/Requirements:

  • A team player with high levels of energy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial tools.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Management will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ working experience of which 2 years are in a similar capacity. Certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.

AFTERSALES MANAGER

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Personal Profile/Requirements:

  • Age between 30-50 years (Female/Male)
  • MBA or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile related field.
  • Knowledge in Business Administration & IT literacy.
  • 5 years’ experience in automotive dealership with management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and pushing through the measures relating to SME, service loyalty, parts, accessories and workshop turnover, as well as guaranteeing a high quality of customer care.
  • Defining a range of Aftersales services offered by the individual dealership and aimed towards the appropriate target groups with consideration for the competitive environment.
  • Implementing standards/directives for Aftersales defined in the dealership and those supplied by the Principals.
  • Ensuring the flow of information through and from the customer, workshop and spare parts.
  • Carrying out internal workshops both qualitatively and quantitatively and implementing improvement measures in order to improve Aftersales quality.
  • Preparing and providing organizational diagrams and job descriptions for Aftersales staff.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing the personnel requirements in Aftersales (hiring/redundancies).
  • Any other suitable duties allocated by the Management.

CASHIER

Personal Profile/Requirements:

  • Age below 30 years (Male/Female).
  • Passed G.C.E Advanced Level examination in Commerce stream.
  • Partly qualified in CIM / CIMA / AAT would be an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Flexibility and availability for all events, promotions, launches etc.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

Personal Profile/Requirements:

  • Age below 30 years (Male/Female).
  • Partly or fully qualified in CIM / SLIM would be an advantage.
  • Pleasing personality with excellent PR Skills.
  • IT literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence.
  • Self-driven and self-disciplined with the ability to manage appointments/sales reports etc.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity/industry will be an added advantage.
  • Confidence in learning substantially through selling.
  • Flexibility and availability for all events, promotions, launches etc.
  • Understanding & making self-available for any sales/company related task.
  • Proactive attitude, out of the box thinking, going the extra mile.

SALES EXECUTIVE

Personal Profile/Requirements:

  • Age between 18-24 years (Male/Female).
  • Passed G.C.E O/L.
  • Partly or fully qualified in CIM / SLIM would be an advantage.
  • IT literacy.
  • Valid Driver’s Licence.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Flexibility and availability for all events, promotions, launches etc.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity/industry will be an added advantage. School leavers are also encouraged to apply.

SPARE PARTS ASSISTANT

Personal Profile/Requirements:

  • Minimum Educational qualifications GCE (O/L & A/L).
  • Should be Academically qualified in Material Management.
  • A good knowledge of working in an automotive Stores Operation.
  • If so, you need to read the electronic parts catalogue and identify spare parts. (Mandatory).
  • Should be able to handle work independently & achieve targets.
  • Good communication skills, both English & Sinhala.
  • Ability to handle dealer requirements and customer sales.

RECEPTIONIST

Personal Profile/Requirements:

  • Age below 30 years.
  • Minimum Educational qualifications GCE (O/L & A/L).
  • Pleasing personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Good communication and inter personnel skills.
  • IT literacy.
  • Prior experience in front office, public relations or customer care will be an added advantage.
  • Trainees are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle front desk operations, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
  • Handle the company’s main switch board (Telephone System).
  • Assist Sales and Aftersales teams with data entry and maintaining customer records.
  • Showroom coordination.
