GOOGLE AND META ADS SPECIALIST
POP & Co is an established outsourcing business based in Hawthorn, Australia, providing a range of services from accounting to digital marketing. Our client base consists of small to medium businesses and high net worth individuals, across a variety of industries.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and organised Google and Meta Ads Specialist to join our fast expanding team, on a full-time basis (hybrid working arrangement).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaigns.
- Analyse performance data and create reports to highlight campaign performance, ROI and other metrics.
- Collaborate with internal graphic designers, photographers, videographers and content strategists to achieve the outcome of the ad campaign.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and practices relating to performance marketing.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing/paid social media campaigns.
- Effectively communicate in English.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) and tools such as HubSpot.
- Experience working for the Australian, European, Middle Eastern and/or North American markets.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
