Position:
Resident Operations Manager for self-serviced fully furnished apartment complex at Mount Lavinia. (Renting for Holiday Stay)
About Us:
SkyCasa Holiday Apartments are conveniently located in the tourism area Mount Lavinia. Our self-serviced, luxury apartments and rooms have everything for a comfortable holiday stay. Each apartment is elegantly furnished and equipped with amenities. Our apartments offer various recreational opportunities.

Requirements:
- Candidate should be between 30 to 50 years of age.
- At least 3 years working experience in hotel/apartment renting field for holiday stay is required.
- Not required F&B and Liquor experience as we do not have a restaurant.
- Looking for an individual who is self-motivated and has knowledge and experience.
- Willingness and motivation to work around the clock for long hours.
- No training will be provided of any sort. You have to already be self-learned.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to do promotions with new marketing tactics on social media platforms.
- Ability to promote and rent apartments for short term period specially to foreigners.
- Ability to handle inquiries and coordinate with the customers and do guest bookings.
- Ability to do general administration work efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to collect/handle booking payments.
- Ability to take up challenges and use own knowledge to do tasks.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English fluently. Any other languages would be an added advantage.
We are looking for an individual with existing knowledge in this specific particular apartment renting for tourism holiday stay field.
