Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd. in partnership with William Angliss Institute (RTO No: 3045), Australia, is Sri Lanka’s largest specialized training center for Hospitality, Foods, Events, and Tourism. We are located within the SLIIT Main Campus in Malabe, Sri Lanka.

JOB PROFILE

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.
  • Negotiate purchase terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement and pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely stock availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and initiate orders as needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery and follow up with suppliers to resolve any issues.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Prior experience in a similar procurement or purchasing role at a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
  • Experience in handling consumable stocks.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory and supply chain management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Should be willing to report to work at different times or locations when necessary.
  • Flexible shifts will be arranged in such instances.
