Position: Shop Keeper
Karusan Tillage Pvt Ltd – Kiribathgoda
Karusan Tillage Pvt Ltd, a well-established company specializing in the production and retail of authentic Sri Lankan healthy foods and spices, is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shop Keeper.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day shop operations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely restocking
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Candidate Profile:
- Passed G.C.E. O/L with a credit in Mathematics
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Age below 35 years
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and work independently
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Possession of a valid driving or riding license is an added advantage
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or cashier roles will be considered a plus
