Accolade Ventures Group is a fast-growing diversified group with a strong presence in automotive component manufacturing. We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager – Human Resources to support and lead core HR operations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing large-scale HR functions in a manufacturing and/or manpower-oriented environment. The selected candidate will report directly to the Assistant General Manager – HR and play a key role in translating the group’s people strategy into actionable results across our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee HR operations across multiple group companies, managing a workforce exceeding 500 employees.
- Support the AGM–HR in implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead HR initiatives in recruitment, compliance, industrial relations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Liaise with manpower agencies and manage contract workforce operations.
- Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor HR teams at factory level while fostering a performance-driven culture.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in the manufacturing sector is required.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR operations for large-scale teams (500+ employees).
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related discipline.
- Completion of a recognized professional HR qualification (e.g., PQHRM, CIPM, SHRM).
- A postgraduate qualification such as an MBA is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
- High integrity, sound judgment, and strong organizational awareness.
