We are looking for young & performance-oriented individuals to fill the vacant position existing at PGP head office in Horana.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE - ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
What we look for:
- BSc. degree in electrical engineering from recognized university.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical engineering in manufacturing segment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive performance.
- Close proximity to Horana.
Job Role
- Assist in lead the Electrical Department by supervising daily operations, directing teams, and ensuring timely service and maintenance of electrical equipment, including solar systems.
- Oversee energy management initiatives, including monitoring plant electrical energy usage, driving energy-saving projects, and contributing to ISO 50001 (Energy Management System) implementation.
- Ensure electrical safety and compliance by setting and maintaining safety standards and actively engaging in ISO and manufacturing excellence related activities.
- Monitor and manage project execution to meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgetary goals.
- Provide leadership to the Electrical Requisition Team, ensuring efficient planning, procurement, and execution aligned with departmental objectives.
