In order to cater rapid growth in the business we require a dynamic individual dedicated to Talent Management in the company.
The Job
This is a key position in the company reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The primary responsibility of this position will be talent acquisition and development of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Development
- Initiate and execute employee engagement activities
- Introduce best HR practices
- Conduct in-house training
Requirement & Experience
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Human Resources Management
- Degree / Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management
- Excellent communication skills
