MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar maintenance role
- Hands-on knowledge of both plumbing and electrical repair
- Ability to operate tools, read technical manuals, and follow safety procedures
- Good physical condition and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency repairs (if required)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks related to plumbing and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and fix electrical issues, faulty wiring, lights, switches, etc.
- Repair and maintain water lines etc.
- Handle general maintenance work
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
