What you need to do
- Analyze delivery data to design efficient routes and schedules.
- Maintain complete and error-free records to support operational integrity.
- Cross-check data against source documents and coordinate with departments for validation.
- Ensure timely completion of data entry and processing tasks, especially for urgent operations.
- Adhere to SL regulations, HSE policies, audit requirements, and handle sensitive data securely.
- Follow ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards, report nonconformities, and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
- Diploma or certificate in IT or G.C.E. A/L qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and effective time management.
