What you need to do

  • Analyze delivery data to design efficient routes and schedules.
  • Maintain complete and error-free records to support operational integrity.
  • Cross-check data against source documents and coordinate with departments for validation.
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry and processing tasks, especially for urgent operations.
  • Adhere to SL regulations, HSE policies, audit requirements, and handle sensitive data securely.
  • Follow ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 standards, report nonconformities, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Diploma or certificate in IT or G.C.E. A/L qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and effective time management.
