Determining, negotiating and agreeing inbound quality procedures, standards and specifications
Conduct regular inspections and tests on products at various stages of the production process.
Assessing customer requirements and ensuring these are met.
Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety.
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and ensure finished product quality.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
Develop corrective and preventive actions on Quality Assurance.

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
A background of Manufacturing & Quality control, Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 QMA.
Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (both written and verbal).
Basic understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
