Junior IT Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal teams.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Provide technical support to employees to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage backups and maintain accurate IT documentation.
- Assist in basic server management, Windows installations, and network setups.
- Support and maintain CCTV and PABX systems.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, networking concepts, and office hardware.
- Prior experience or knowledge in server maintenance is a plus.
- Understanding of CCTV and PABX setups.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
