The Planning Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering products on time while meeting specified quality standards. This position requires meticulous planning, proactive coordination, and a strong commitment to the "The right product, the first time, every time" concept. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align production goals, prioritize quality, and prevent rework or delays that could impact customer trust.
- A degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Statistics, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Exceptional proficiency in Mathematics and English
- Advanced computer literacy, including expertise in MS Office and scheduling/ERP software
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems
- Develop, schedule, and monitor production routings, processing steps for different product types, and workable capacities for production sub-sections to ensure on-time delivery of orders while optimizing resource utilization
- Identify resource utilization ratios to optimize productivity
- Age preferably below 35 years
