Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead BPO sales initiatives focused on the UK market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and converting leads into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client pain points, and competitive positioning within the UK BPO and outsourcing market.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies targeting accounting firms, payroll providers, and administrative service companies in the UK.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads using digital channels, outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and external agencies to execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, SEO, email marketing, and paid media.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to articulate DASA’s value proposition effectively.
  • Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations to close deals and onboard new clients.
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships and work with delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition and high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and adapt to emerging trends and changes in the UK outsourcing landscape.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent Chartered qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or professional services.
  • Prior experience targeting UK or international clients is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the BPO service delivery model and client needs in accounting, payroll, and admin services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead generation strategies.
  • Commercial negotiation skills and the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.
