SALES & CUSTOMER RELATIONS ASSOCIATE
THE JOB INCLUDES
- Assisting customers by providing detailed information on health and wellness benefits, product origins, key features, and the full product range at the point of selection.
- Building rapport to foster long-term relationships and enhance customer loyalty.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly and effectively resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Performing point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Supporting sales growth by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing incoming inventory.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the customer experience.
APPLICANT PROFILE
- G.C.E. Advanced Level with IT literacy.
- Possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills along with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala languages (Spoken Tamil will be an added advantage).
- School leavers and candidates residing in or around Nawala, Narahenpita and Borella areas are encouraged to apply.
The selected candidate is required to work on a roster basis from Monday to Saturday. Possessing a full or part professional qualification in the field of Sales & Marketing and having prior experience in working as a Sales & Customer Relations Associate in a private organization will be definite advantages.
