Office Coordinator (Event Planning)
Having been in operation for over 30 years with diverse business interests ranging from Event, Branding, and Outdoor visibility, we are a fully integrated Event Company backed by state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and workshop.
To meet the demand of our rapid expansion, we invite applications from suitable persons for the above position.
We are looking for:
- Female below 40 years of age
- The ideal candidate should preferably have a minimum of 02 years’ experience in the following tasks:
- Communicating and corresponding with clients independently (Client Servicing).
- Knowledge / Experience in preparing Quotations, Invoices, Presentations & Proposals, etc.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines while meeting the client’s satisfaction.
- Fluency in spoken, written English and computer literate in Microsoft Office Packages
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete given tasks
- Ability to attend meetings, make presentations & coordinate up to the completion of Events.
- Freshers who are quick learners and demonstrate a strong commitment to fulfilling the above responsibilities are also encouraged to apply.
