- RESTAURANT CAPTAINS
- RESTAURANT STEWARDS / STEWARSESSES & TRAINEES
- SOUS CHEF (well experienced in international dishes)
- CHEF DE PARTIE (well experienced in ala carte)
- SENIOR COMMI (INDIAN, ASIAN, CHINESE, WESTERN – Ala Carte)
- CAFÉ - JUICES - ICE CREAM - BARISTA – SALES & OPERATIONS TEAM (MALE / FEMALE)
- CASHIERS (MALE / FEMALE) – School leavers & those retired are also considered
- ACCOUNTS / STORES CLERKS (those retired will be considered)
