Team Lead - P2P

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing and management of purchase requisitions as well as purchase orders to ensure proper execution and release
  • Assist in administering the entire P2P life cycle, including managing supplier data, onboarding new suppliers, maintenance of supplier’s data file, and ensuring compliance is maintained per the company’s procurement policy
  • Train internal stakeholders on processes and tools (e.g., using Oracle, raising PRs, receipting invoices) and identify gaps for improvement where possible.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years relevant work experience (Procure to Pay / Procurement)
  • Exposure to foreign client management
  • Completed or following a relevant degree program or a professional qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
  • Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
  • Willingness to work for the Australian Time (6.30am - 3.00pm) and Calendar
